At Vaibhav Global Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Trade Specialist to oversee all aspects of export-import documentation, shipment coordination, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute export-import documents, including export invoices, advising on HS and DBK codes and required certificates.
- Work closely with the Logistics and Merchandising teams to ensure accurate export invoices and smooth shipment processes.
- Coordinate with CHA, forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and government agencies to ensure smooth clearance of EOU, DTA-LSP, VLL, and Encse shipments across India (excluding Jaipur airport).
- Arrange import shipments globally as per the purchase/merchandising team requirements, ensuring low freight costs and timely delivery.
- Manage government incentives (Duty Drawback, RODTEP, ROSCTL), IGST for DTA, VLL, and Encse, and ensure compliance with Indian Customs rules for EOU and DTA shipments.
- Prepare and maintain MIS for import shipments, duty drawbacks, RODTEP, ROSCTL, domestic sales, job work, and IGST, and handle E-BRC for DTA and VLL shipments and submit post-shipment documents to the bank and accounts team.
- Advise China shipping team and VGL Export team for invoicing and arrange GSP for export shipments to countries like Japan and Russia.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.
- Proven experience in export-import documentation and logistics management.
- Knowledge of Indian Customs rules and government incentives.
- Expertise in export-import processes and documentation, strong coordination and liaison abilities, and proficiency in managing logistics and reporting.
Estimated Salary: ₹ 8,50,000 - ₹ 12,00,000 per annum
