Backend Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our engineering team. As a Backend Engineer, you will:

  • Integrate AI tools and frameworks for automation, analytics, and intelligent features.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Ensure system security and data protection in compliance with industry standards.

Our ideal candidate has 4+ years of backend development experience in Golang, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript. They possess strong system design expertise for scalable and maintainable solutions and proficiency in RESTful API development and integration.

They should also have experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases, familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative coding practices, cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization with Docker/Kubernetes.

Additionally, they should have solid understanding of multithreading and concurrency, and experience or interest in AI technologies for automation and decision support.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in a collaborative setup are essential for this role.

Preferred candidates should have familiarity with microservices architecture, experience using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems, exposure to DevOps tools and serverless environments, hands-on experience with GraphQL, and integration of AI solutions in production environments.
