Key Performance Leadership Role - Service Delivery

Job Description:

The objective of this critical leadership position is to oversee the full operational lifecycle of a high-profile US Telecom customer, ensuring exceptional service excellence and seamless alignment with contractual obligations. As the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, this role will foster collaborative relationships and drive strategic growth initiatives.

This key position has direct influence on the business vertical's trajectory and serves as a crucial enabler for delivering outstanding results and driving forward-thinking strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational improvements across the business, optimize resource allocation, and track progress against defined business goals.
  • Domain Capability: Strengthen domain capabilities through continuous improvement and talent development.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies aligned with business objectives, lead cross-functional planning for budgets, expansion, service design, operational costs, and hiring.
  • Business Growth: Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to support and drive business expansion.
  • Innovation & Value Addition: Lead innovation initiatives and other value-added efforts in partnership with clients.
  • Team Management: Oversee a large team, enhance organizational efficiency, build scalable processes and infrastructure, and align delivery capabilities with pipeline demand.
  • Client Satisfaction: Act as the 'Voice of the Customer' by building strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience in operations within a BPO/Outsourcing space, preferably supporting US Telecom in messaging domains. Strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role.
