Corporate Legal Advisor

As a corporate legal advisor, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Your primary objective is to protect the company's interests by drafting and reviewing legal agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, and terms and conditions.

Some of your key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing other legal documents, such as tender documents, authority letters, policies, undertakings, and employment contracts. You will also provide administrative support to the human resources department in drafting and reviewing HR documents.

Additionally, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal agreements and documents in a secure database. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will require a solid understanding of legal principles and practices, as well as proficiency in using Microsoft Office and related tools to manage documents and data. You must also be able to work independently and take initiative to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: LL.B or B.L.S / LL. B. (3 Year or 5 Year Law Degree)
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills to effectively communicate complex ideas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and related tools to manage documents and data.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
