Senior Financial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to drive strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and growth opportunities across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to align with business goals.
    • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling processes to guide key decisions.
    • Implement robust financial controls and risk management frameworks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Drive cost optimization initiatives to enhance profitability.
  • Strategic Finance & Business Partnering:
    • Review and validate financial reporting to inform strategic decisions.
    • Provide diligence and oversight during investments, M&A, fundraising, and exits.
    • Support leadership with actionable insights on capital allocation, ROI, and performance optimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Negotiations & Contract Oversight:
    • Lead and oversee contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and employees.
    • Manage financial/legal negotiations to secure optimal outcomes.
    • Partner with legal and business teams to mitigate risks and improve deal terms.
  • Performance Management & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Develop and implement performance management frameworks linking KPIs to financial outcomes.
    • Support leadership in building compensation structures tied to performance and cost efficiency.
    • Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders to ensure transparency and trust.
  • Team Leadership & Oversight:
    • Lead, mentor, and challenge finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
    • Establish strong internal controls, compliance processes, and risk management frameworks.
    • Ensure all finance team outputs and portfolio company reports are reviewed, validated, and optimized.
