Patent Litigation Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in patent litigation and the ability to represent clients in complex disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in patent litigation matters before various courts, ensuring their rights are protected and their interests are represented.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents to support client cases.
  • Assist senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation preparation, including discovery, deposition preparation, and trial support.
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and strategy.
  • Stay updated with developments in patent law and procedural rules to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and other practice groups within the firm to achieve common goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • Admission to the Bar: Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction and in good standing.
  • Experience: 4-7 years of experience in patent litigation.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong familiarity with patent law and procedures.
  • Research and Analytical Skills: Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Teamwork and Time Management: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Degree: Advanced degree (e.g., master's or PhD) in Engineering or related field.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience with patent prosecution.
  • Technology-Related Litigation: Experience with technology-related litigation beyond patent matters.
