Job Title:

Bookkeeping Professional

As a highly skilled bookkeeper, you will be responsible for supporting our finance and operations team.

  • Manage day-to-day financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports in compliance with Australian accounting standards.
  • Assist with BAS, GST, and other tax-related filings.
  • Process payroll and superannuation contributions (if required).
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Manage invoicing, receipts, and expense tracking.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience (Australian clients or companies preferred).

  • Solid understanding of BAS, GST, superannuation, and other Australian compliance requirements.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal). Clear, professional, and confident communicator.
