Job Title: Cybersecurity Risk Manager

Job Overview

This is a high-level cybersecurity role where you will be responsible for protecting the security of one or several countries or subsidiaries within a region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Regional Cybersecurity Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for all cybersecurity matters within the region.
  • You will functionally manage and supervise a team of Site Cybersecurity Officers to ensure that they are adequately equipped to handle their roles and responsibilities.
  • Deploy and implement the Valeo ISSP (Information Systems Security Policy) across the region, assessing and enhancing the overall level of cybersecurity at each site.
  • Closely coordinate and manage cybersecurity incidents that occur within the region.
  • Provide regular and comprehensive reports on regional cybersecurity status and performance metrics.
Accountability:
  • The Regional Cybersecurity Officer will be accountable for ensuring the effective implementation of the company's cybersecurity policies and procedures within the region.
  • You will be responsible for managing and supervising the Sites Cybersecurity Officers to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • You will assess and enhance the overall level of cybersecurity at each site by implementing and enforcing the company's cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • You will closely coordinate and manage cybersecurity incidents that occur within the region, taking prompt action to mitigate any potential risks or threats.
  • You will provide regular and comprehensive reports on regional cybersecurity status and performance metrics, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
Responsibilities:
  • The Regional Cybersecurity Officer will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for all cybersecurity matters within the region.
  • You will participate in external security assessments and act as a delegate of the Group CISO, representing the company's interests and concerns.
  • You will functionally manage and supervise a team of Site Cybersecurity Officers to ensure that they are adequately equipped to handle their roles and responsibilities.
  • You will develop and maintain a deep understanding of the skills, knowledge, and expertise required of the Sites Cybersecurity Officers, identifying training needs and opportunities.
  • You will oversee the training and development of the Sites Cybersecurity Officers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
