Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing field service, offering technical support, and carrying out maintenance and repair tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solar Inverter Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve problems with solar inverters to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Field Service and Technical Support: Provide on-site technical assistance to customers and colleagues alike.
  • Maintenance and Repair Tasks: Carry out routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
Requirements:
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance Skills: Strong skills in identifying and resolving issues with complex systems.
  • Field Service Experience: Experience in providing technical support and maintenance services to customers in the field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.

  • Relevant Certification or Diploma: Relevant technical certification or diploma in a related field such as electrical engineering or solar technology.
