We are seeking a skilled Technical Field Specialist to join our team. This is a field work role where you will be responsible for assembling, installing and repairing Hand Held Computers, Spot Billing Machines, other devices, Modems and AMRs.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong technical skills and physical dexterity. You should also be willing to work at flexible hours and perform well both individually and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Device Assembly and Disassembly: Assemble and disassemble devices including Handheld Computers, Billing Machines and AMRs.
  • Installation and Testing: Install and check the functionality of devices.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair and replace electrical and electronic parts when needed, adhere to health and safety procedures, and perform regular maintenance checks.
  • Training and Oversight: Train and oversee the work of fellow technicians, interpret technical drawings, and attend training workshops.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation of technical guidelines, prepare project progress reports, and estimate material requirements.

This role requires a 2-wheeler license holder who can travel for field work. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate day-to-day operations with the Electrical Engineer.
