Job Title: Certified Freelancer Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced freelancer to join our team as a certified technician. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Installation and commissioning of equipment as per appointment and guidelines
  • Demonstrating and explaining the advantages of HSI PPP to customers
  • Providing support for upgrade solutions required in Home and Security
  • Troubleshooting issues faced by customers at their premises
Education and Experience:

The ideal candidate should have an ITI degree and be pursuing or have completed it. 0-2 years of experience is required.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Ability to understand and explain problems along with solutions
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage relationships and work in teams
  • Customer-centricity

The selected candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to troubleshoot issues effectively.
