Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled developer to design and implement security operation solutions within ServiceNow.

About the Position:

This role requires expertise in developing and optimizing security operation solutions, as well as providing technical support for these systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize security operation solutions within ServiceNow
  • Assist in the configuration and development of ServiceNow SecOps applications and modules
  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and implementing effective solutions
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their security operations needs
  • Create and maintain system design documentation and process documentation
  • Perform system testing and user acceptance testing
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SecOps solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow platform
  • Experience in development and implementation of security incident response and vulnerability response
  • Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting languages
  • Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services
  • Strong understanding of security and privacy concepts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Security Operations
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • ITIL Certification

Skills and Experience:

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
