Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Architect APIs, microservices, and data systems that integrate into live products.
  • Prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents—and push them into production.
  • Move fluidly between model work, backend engineering, and systems design.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and founders to bring new AI-powered ventures to life.

Requirements:

  • A strong programming background and deep comfort with software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with ML/AI frameworks and knowledge of data engineering & databases.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and deployment, hands-on exposure to retrieval systems, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
  • A builder's mindset -comfortable taking ownership from zero-to-one.
  • Interest in generative agents, conversational AI, or recommendation engines.
  • Previous work in startups or venture studios.
