We are looking for an experienced software engineer to join our team as a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering high-quality solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new features within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure code quality and adherence to performance requirements
  • Build front-end software using React/Javascript according to visual designs
  • Implement backend model software using Ruby on Rails
  • Maintain existing client applications and resolve customer issues quickly
  • Write unit tests to ensure high-quality Ruby on Rails code
  • Collaborate with product design team, QA, and stakeholders to understand user needs
  • Estimate, self-plan, and self-manage tasks as a developer in an Agile team
  • Document technical processes and software changes when necessary
  • Protect confidential data and ensure information security protocols

The successful candidate should have a strong background in software development, proficiency in Ruby on Rails, and experience with front-end technologies like React/Javascript. Familiarity with SQL databases, CI/CD technologies, and software engineering best practices is also essential.
