Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Company Overview: Anlage Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is a leading IT services and consulting firm that delivers innovative solutions and exceptional service to clients across various industries.

Experience Required: 5-12 years of experience in Salesforce development.

Positions Available: Multiple openings to accommodate growth and project demands.

Job Location: PAN India (Candidates from any region are welcome)

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications to align with business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
  2. Implement various Salesforce configurations, including Sales Cloud functionalities, Apex Triggers, Batch Classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support business processes.
  3. Create and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  4. Utilize Process Builder and other automation tools to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance overall efficiency.
  5. Analyze and optimize existing Salesforce implementations to improve system performance and enhance user experience, focusing on best practices and efficient code.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
  7. Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, configuration changes, and integration specifications to support future enhancements and troubleshooting.
Required Skills:
  • Salesforce Configurations and Customization: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and best practices for configuration and customization.
  • Apex and Visualforce: Extensive hands-on experience with Apex programming and Visualforce pages to create dynamic, data-driven applications.
  • Lightning Component Framework: Proficiency in developing applications using the Lightning Component Framework, including Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Sales Cloud Expertise: Proven track record of working with Sales Cloud features, including lead and opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail, capable of diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
