Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions on Salesforce using Visualforce Pages, Apex Classes, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Lead the design and implementation of Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other Salesforce modules
  • Develop custom workflows, approval processes, and flows to meet business requirements
  • Implement and manage third-party integrations using APIs and custom development
  • Execute data migration using Import Wizard, Apex Data Loader, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during transitions
  • Manage deployments via Workbench, Git (GitLab/GitHub), Gearset, Jenkins, and Salesforce Change Sets
  • Perform day-to-day SFDC administration tasks, including flow management and configurations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to understand business needs and provide scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions
Required Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification is mandatory
  • Salesforce Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
  • Experience Cloud: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud)
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Triggers
  • Experience with Lightning components and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Workflow, approval process, and flow design
  • Experience in third-party integrations and Salesforce APIs
  • Strong experience in deployment tools like Git, Gearset, Workbench, Jenkins, and Change Sets
  • Data Migration: Expertise in data migration using Import Wizard and Apex Data Loader
  • SFDC Administration: Experience in Salesforce administration, including flow management and configuration setup
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer II)
  • Experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
