AI Creative Technologist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Creative Technologist to craft visually rich prompts for AI tools and translate creative briefs into AI-friendly inputs.

What You'll Do:

  • Craft detailed, visually rich prompts for AI tools to generate photo-realistic images, cinematic videos, and stylized visual content.
  • Translate creative briefs into AI-friendly inputs while retaining emotional and brand resonance.
  • Collaborate with creatives to bring ideas to life using generative tools.
  • Constantly test, refine, and experiment with various platforms to improve visual outputs.
  • Build a structured prompt + output library for future use and optimization.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, animation, or motion design.
  • A strong eye for aesthetics — composition, color, typography, lighting, and movement.
  • Working knowledge of AI content tools (like Midjourney, Veo, Runway).
  • Excellent command of language — you know how to describe visuals in a way that machines (and humans) understand.
  • A passion for experimentation and emerging creative technologies.
  • A portfolio that shows a mix of design work and AI-generated visuals/videos.
