Financial Leadership Role

The Finance Manager is a pivotal role that drives all financial operations, ensuring fiscal discipline and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and manages comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Provides strategic advice on cost optimization, capital allocation, and return-on-investment analysis.
  • Monitors cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure business continuity.
  • Oversees day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and payroll processes.
  • Ensures compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, PT, and Income Tax.
  • Collaborates with procurement and operations teams to track material costs and vendor payments.
  • Analyses financial data to support strategic decisions and performance reviews.
  • Develops and implements cost control measures across the supply chain and manufacturing units.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • CA / MBA (Finance) or CMA preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
