Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Senior Associate - MBBS Counselling (Overseas Education). As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students and parents through the complex process of pursuing medicine abroad.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Student Engagement & Counseling: Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person sessions to provide detailed guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations. Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals and aspirations.
  • Application Management: Assist students with applications, documentation, and submissions. Coordinate with foreign universities to ensure smooth processing and timely completion of tasks.
  • Post-Registration Support: Guide students through visa applications and document preparation. Conduct pre-departure orientations for students and families to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Post-Flying Support: Provide check-ins and settlement guidance once students reach their destination abroad. Act as a liaison between students and universities to resolve any queries or concerns that may arise.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, metrics, and reports related to student admissions and progress. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall student experience.

The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in Overseas Education / MBBS Counselling, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking ability, empathy, and a student-first approach.

Knowledge of overseas medical education systems is preferred but not essential. We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.
