We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Advisor to join our team. As a Student Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping students navigate international education systems and providing expert guidance throughout the application cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with students and provide personalized support to ensure a smooth transition into their new educational environment.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate cross-functional exposure and foster a culture of teamwork.
  • Communicate effectively with prospective students and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, utilizing internal systems and email communications.
  • Educate students on compliance requirements and assist with document preparation, ensuring seamless progress through the application process.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional office environment, upholding confidentiality and decorum at all times.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, International Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in academic advising, international education, or a related role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of global education systems, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
