Job Description

The role of a Community Operations Manager involves overseeing the daily operations of our community space. This includes managing the front desk, coordinating events, and ensuring that all members have access to the facilities and services they need.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our members, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration.

Some specific responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the community space, including supervision of staff and maintenance of facilities;
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction;
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to promote our services and attract new members;
  • Providing excellent customer service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner;
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role or industry;
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, hospitality, management);

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software;
