As a Process Trainer at Randstad Enterprise, you'll design and deliver innovative training programs that empower individuals to contribute to our collective success.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Training Design and Delivery:
    • Develop comprehensive training programs to onboard new hires and upskill existing employees.
    • Design engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive activities, tailored to various job roles and skill levels.
    • Conduct effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually, ensuring knowledge transfer and engagement.
  • Collaboration and Improvement:
    • Work with subject matter experts and department heads to identify training needs and prioritize learning objectives.
    • Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions, making continuous improvements as needed.
  • Coaching and Support:
    • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees struggling with specific skills or tasks.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements relevant to our operations.
    • Monitor and track employee progress and performance post-training, identifying areas for further development or refinement.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the training, L&D, Human Resources, recruiting & staffing, or BPO industry.

A professional certification in training and development, instructional design, or process improvement is a plus.

Familiarity with learning management systems, e-learning authoring tools, and other training technologies is essential.

Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to build rapport with learners, provide constructive feedback, and foster a supportive learning environment.

Keen attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy and completeness in training materials, documentation, and compliance procedures.
