CPU Hardware Program Lead

This role is responsible for leading the technical program management of CPU engineering teams, focusing on Qualcomm SoCs. The successful candidate will oversee the development, testing, and delivery of high-performance CPUs, ensuring timely and cost-effective results.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage technical program aspects for the Oryon CPU Engineering team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate CPU IP development, testing, and delivery to SoC.
- Negotiate schedules, scope, and resources to meet aggressive delivery timelines for high-performance CPUs.
- Coordinate cross-functional discussions to set project milestones, schedules, and plans of record, defining tasks and establishing policies and processes.
- Troubleshoot program challenges, develop alternative tasks, schedules, and resource plans to resolve conflicts, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Program Management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and technical program management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work collaboratively across different teams and stakeholders.
