Job Description

As a senior CPU hardware program manager, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive program plans that include schedules, resources, deliverables, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own technical program management for the Oryon CPU engineering team responsible for Qualcomm SoCs (including Snapdragon Elite X laptop SoC and Snapdragon 8 Elite).
  • Coordinate, plan, and drive CPU IP development, testing, and delivery to SoC.
  • Negotiate schedules, scope, and resources to meet aggressive delivery timelines for high-performance CPUs.
  • Organize and lead cross-department discussions to set project milestones, schedules, and plans of record.
  • Define project tasks and establish program policies and processes.
  • Manage the IP-SoC relationship.
  • Troubleshoot program challenges, develop alternative tasks, schedules, and resource plans to resolve conflicts.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; communicate updates to key stakeholders.
