Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design, build and configuration of applications with a focus on SAP PS.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7.5 years experience in SAP Project System (PS) and possess strong expertise in application design, build and configuration. Additionally, they will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Project System (PS).
  • Lead and manage a team, ensuring accountability for decisions and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key organizational decisions.
  • Provide effective solutions to complex problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate training and skill development opportunities for team members.
  • Oversee and monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure application design, configuration and development meet organizational standards and business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS) with a minimum of 7.5 years of hands-on experience.
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and their application in SAP PS.
  • Proven experience in application design, build and configuration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of integration processes and tools related to SAP PS.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with other SAP modules and cross-functional integrations.
