Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

As a cloud infrastructure specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the backbone of our organization's digital presence. You will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.

  • Design and Deploy Cloud Infrastructure: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Build and Maintain Containerized Environments: You will be responsible for building and maintaining containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Automate Infrastructure Provisioning and Configuration: You will automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Develop CI/CD Pipelines: You will develop CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins to streamline deployment processes.
  • Monitor and Troubleshoot Systems: You will monitor and troubleshoot Linux-based systems and cloud services.
  • Collaboration and Communication: You will collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: You will continuously improve infrastructure through automation and innovation.
  • Documentation: You will document processes, configurations, and architectural decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
  • Communication Skills: Strong command of the English language (written and verbal).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and investigation skills.
  • Willingness to Learn: Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and domains.
  • Interest in Infrastructure: Genuine interest in infrastructure and automation.
  • Collaborative Environment: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with monitoring tools and cloud security best practices is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or other relevant technologies.
  • Scripting Languages: Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
