Job Description:

We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure that our products have the best usability and engage end-users and customers.

This role requires a thorough understanding of the balance between business, design, and customer requirements to serve our brand's purpose, business missions, and customer needs.

  • Translate user needs and business requirements into meaningful user experience designs.
  • Evaluate the latest design patterns and industry trends to evolve the design direction of mobile/web applications.
  • Understand the business context, identify user personas, define task lists, information architecture, and interaction designs accordingly.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio that showcases engaging user experiences and design problem-solving abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other industry-recognized design tools.
  • Experience in designing on BI tools, custom products, mobile, and web applications.
