Regulatory Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Professional with extensive expertise in the power sector.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ARR filings, tariff determination, petitions, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • He/she should have a proven track record of working with Regulatory Commissions/Power Utilities and providing end-to-end support in regulatory submissions.

The successful professional will possess a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and policies related to the power sector. He/she will be able to draft, compile, and submit regulatory petitions, compliance reports, replies to queries, and objections raised by commissions or stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Draft, compile, and submit regulatory petitions, compliance reports, replies to queries, and objections raised by commissions or stakeholders.
  • Conduct regulatory analysis on existing policies, tariff orders, and guidelines to ensure alignment with statutory frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Regulatory Commissions, Power Utilities, and other relevant parties.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
