Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Oracle SCM Functional Consultant. This position involves leading business analysis, translating objectives into functional requirements, and configuring Oracle SCM applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business analysis and translate objectives into functional requirements for optimal system performance.
  • Configure Oracle SCM applications, including Inventory, PDM, and Demand & Supply Planning, to meet business needs.
  • Conduct thorough functional analysis, application gap analysis, and prepare detailed design documentation to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Support business users by clarifying project requirements and developer needs, ensuring effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Validate user requests against system capabilities and data structures, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide expert data analysis using SQL queries to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, ensuring successful implementation of Oracle SCM solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • 8-10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst/Manager.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Application functionality.
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain processes and Oracle Cloud framework.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries and SDLC methodologies.

This role is critical to ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle SCM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.
