About Our Marketing Data Engineering Role

At our organization, we're on the lookout for an experienced Data Engineer to take charge of optimizing powerful marketing platforms.

Job Mission:

Your primary focus will be on extracting valuable data from influential marketing platforms, uncovering hidden features and capabilities that others may overlook. You'll develop high-quality datasets in Snowflake that fuel advanced analytics and machine learning across the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Reverse-engineer APIs across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms to extract hidden attribution data, auction signals, and algorithmic behavior.
  • Build real-time monitoring datasets to detect anomalies, pacing issues, and creative decay.
  • Extract machine learning signals from Meta Advantage+, Smart Bidding configs, and TikTok optimization logs.
Snowflake Architecture & Analytics Enablement:
  • Design and maintain scalable, semantic-layered Snowflake datasets with historical tracking and versioning.
  • Implement architectures suited for exploration, BI, real-time streaming, and ML modeling.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years as a Data Engineer with experience in MarTech or growth/performance marketing.
  • Advanced Python skills for API extraction, automation, and orchestration.
  • JavaScript proficiency for tracking and GTM customization.
  • Expert-level experience with GA4 implementation and data handling.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including performance tuning and scaling.
