We are seeking a skilled HR Executive to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering educators and learners through cutting-edge technology. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment and will be responsible for various HR and Administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shortlisting profiles based on requirements by posting job openings on LinkedIn and searching databases on job portals like Naukri.com.
  • Scheduling various rounds of interviews with stakeholders.
  • Rolling out offer letters and onboarding selected candidates.
  • Organizing induction programs and schedules for new joiners.
  • Conducting various HR activities for employees across the country.
  • Managing leave and attendance records of employees.
  • Issuing pay slips to employees.
  • Exit Formalities for Employees.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as ticket and hotel bookings for staff travel.
  • Managing inventory and issuing inventory to customers.
  • Providing demos on various certification products to partners.
  • Proctoring and Conduction on Online Certification Exams.
  • Coordinating with channel partners and providing customer support.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using job portals and HR software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
