Role Overview

We seek a visionary IT Security Lead with deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to secure complex IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cybersecurity Solutions Implementation
  • Lead end-to-end delivery for key technologies including data discovery, file upload security, attack surface management, breach simulation, decoy solutions, and secure backup and ransomware protection.
  • Oversee the deployment and optimization of phishing simulation, MDM, AD Security, and NAC.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to security engineering and L3 teams.
  • Collaborate with GRC, IT Ops, and Risk teams to align security initiatives with compliance standards.
  • Evaluate vendor solutions and manage third-party security integrations.
  • Represent the security function in internal and external audits, assessments, and executive briefings.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including leadership of technical teams.
  • Proven expertise in deploying and managing enterprise-grade security solutions.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in red teaming or threat simulation is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Relevant certifications preferred.
