Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for driving recoveries on overdue loans with a focus on Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), and Auto Loan portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, negotiating settlements, and ensuring account closures—while adhering to regulatory and organizational guidelines.

This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large portfolios of delinquent accounts.
