Job Details

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and optimize our Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows. This involves implementing business-driven solutions that align with organizational requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and configuring Discovery schedules for seamless daily runs
  • Troubleshooting issues to ensure reliable CI identification and population
  • Enhancing Discovery probes and patterns to support complex infrastructure and cloud environments
  • Improving the overall efficiency of the ServiceNow platform through iterative enhancements and user feedback incorporation
  • Customizing form layouts, fields, and user interfaces to ensure data consistency and usability across modules
  • Extending CAB Workbench functionality to support automated workflows and board operations
  • Developing and maintaining robust REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems
  • Managing Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Business Rules, and automation scripts for operational efficiency
  • Customizing the Employee Center portal to enhance branding, content delivery, and user engagement
  • Designing and publishing reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and operational transparency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
