Unlock your career in Medical Affairs as a Scientific Interaction Manager. In this pivotal role, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Medical Science Liaisons to drive scientific engagement strategies across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement timely scientific interaction plans for both on-market and pipeline products, ensuring seamless execution by the MSL team.
  • Provide field-based scientific support, analyzing clinical and market trends to inform key business strategies and objectives.
  • Participate in cross-functional Brand Team Meetings, ensuring the field medical voice is represented to inform plans, communication, and reporting.
  • Cultivate an environment where MSLs utilize technology effectively, adhering to requirements and guidance.
  • Analyze business needs, collaborating with Infield and Brand Teams to identify opportunities for enhanced business results through strategic MSL initiatives.
  • Lead performance management of the MSL team, ensuring activities align with brand and medical strategies while maintaining compliance with national, local guidelines, and company policies.
  • Coach MSLs in critical activities, including engagement planning, scientific content, and storytelling, to ensure high-quality interactions with HCPs and EE/HCPs.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical environment and Medical Affairs' role in achieving medical and scientific objectives.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with proficiency in English (local language preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively across functions.
  • Experience in managing challenging personnel issues and leading field teams.
  • Advanced degree in health sciences or a clinical discipline required; MBBS, Pharm D, MD/DO, or PhD degrees preferred.
