The Role

We're seeking a Research Liaison to work closely with researchers and educators at subscribing universities and research institutions in North America and Europe.

  • This role involves outreach to scientists and academics to promote the adoption of our content in their labs and classrooms;
  • You'll deliver presentations and webinars at conferences, seminars, and workshops, highlighting the value of our resources;
  • Developing relationships with key decision-makers, teaching staff, and researchers through regular communication;
  • You'll provide valuable feedback to our sales, product, and marketing teams, ensuring our services meet customer needs;
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers during the sales cycle and beyond, providing ongoing support and ensuring client satisfaction;
Requirements
  • A Master's or PhD degree in a STEM discipline;
  • Excellent English communication skills;
  • Prior experience working in laboratory settings is essential;
  • Experience in science communications or customer-facing roles is highly valued;
  • A thorough understanding of education and research trends and challenges in assigned areas such as biology, chemistry, medicine, physics, engineering, or psychology;
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging presentations for large and small groups;
  • Proven networking skills with scientists and decision-makers;
  • Open to travel opportunities;
