Lead Web Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lead Web Development Manager to oversee the execution of web development projects.

This role involves leading cross-functional teams of web developers and project managers, overseeing full-cycle web development projects, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with business objectives.

  • Manage end-to-end project execution from requirement gathering to delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to business goals.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Implement best practices in coding, architecture, and project management.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and performance evaluations for the development team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in web development with a strong focus on PHP and WordPress.
  • Proven experience in leading web development teams and managing complex projects.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in one or more PHP frameworks, including Laravel, Symfony, and CodeIgniter.
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress, including custom themes, plugins, multisite configurations, and security measures.
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Hands-on experience with version control tools, deployment tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with hosting environments and cloud platforms.
  • Agile/Scrum project management experience.
