Interior Designer

An Interior Designer plays a pivotal role in crafting innovative and functional designs that exceed client expectations. This involves creative thinking, effective communication, and close collaboration with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Drive Deal Closure: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets by driving deal closure.
  • Own Customer Experience: Ensure seamless customer experience throughout the project lifecycle, from initial consultation to final delivery.
  • Lead and Own Quality & Accuracy: Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in design deliverables, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Own End-to-End Project Lifecycle: Oversee all aspects of project management, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Requirements for Success:

  • Academic Qualifications: Graduation/Relevant Diploma is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months as an Interior Designer.
  • Project Delivery: A minimum of 5 to 6 residential projects led and delivered.
  • Design Expertise: Conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning), and civil works & services (specifications & installation details).
  • Project Expertise: Creating BOQs for customers, coordinating with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales Expertise: Sales closure by way of logical & trusted sales pitch, driving and leading design meetings with customers.
  • Behavioural Attributes: Result-oriented, team work, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication.
  • Williness to Learn: High degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
