Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Administration Associate to join our Global Transfer Agency team in Pune. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting operational fund administration activities, including processing transactions, tracking data, and compliance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports operational fund administration activities for funds with intricate portfolio assets.
  • Coordinates fund administration activities with internal partners.
  • Assists with conducting fund expense budgeting and prepares fund expense invoices for clients.
  • Processes debt service payments and cash and trade transactions for complex funds.
  • Tracks fund data and monitors compliance with regulatory, BNY, and client specifications.
  • Investigates and corrects fund errors and escalates issues to senior team members.
  • Collects and summarizes fund data for basic to moderately complex portfolios.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of total work experience preferred; experience in accounting or fund administration preferred.
