Senior Manager Position

The Senior Manager is a critical role in our organization, responsible for leading teams of data scientists and modelers to drive business growth through advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, machine learning, and programming languages such as Python and R.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists and modelers to develop and implement advanced analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable analytics projects.
  • Develop and maintain statistical models to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines to deliver high-quality results.
  • Partner with service center leadership to develop and refine internal processes and workflows.
  • Improve existing processes based on feedback from business partners and end-users.
  • Oversee the development of new skillsets among team members related to advanced analytics.

Requirements:

  • 10-14 years of experience in the field of analytics.
  • Expertise in statistics, machine learning, and programming languages such as Python and R.
  • Experience leading mid-sized teams of data scientists and modelers.
  • Well-versed in statistical techniques and able to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaborator with excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in economics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience working in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Knowledge of media sufficiency and/or MMM is a plus.
