Job Title : Analytics Lead (6 Days working)Experience Required : 5 7 YearsLocation : HyderabadAbout the Role :We are looking for a results-driven Analytics Lead to drive data strategy, analytics initiatives, and business insights across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical expertise, leadership skills, and proven experience in handling data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, from problem definition to delivering actionable insights.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define metrics, and measure impact.- Mentor a team of analysts/data professionals to deliver high-quality work.- Develop dashboards, reports, and advanced models to track KPIs and business performance.- Translate complex datasets into clear insights, trends, and recommendations.- Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure data accuracy, governance, and accessibility.- Implement best practices in analytics, BI tools, and data visualisation.- Drive automation and scalability of analytics solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelors/Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 57 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).- Strong understanding of statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and machine learning concepts.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.- Experience leading teams/projects and managing multiple priorities.Why Join Us?- Opportunity to shape data-driven decision-making in a growing organization.- Work with cross-functional teams on impactful business problems.- Growth-oriented environment with leadership opportunities.Budget : 30 to 60 Lakhs (ref:hirist.tech)
