Maintenance Scheduler Job Opportunity

Key to delivering top-notch maintenance services is having a skilled professional responsible for planning and coordinating schedules. As a Maintenance Scheduler, you will play a vital role in our organization’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update schedules for various maintenance activities using Primavera P6 or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of maintenance plans, minimize disruptions, and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring attention in our maintenance operations.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to address concerns, provide regular updates, and facilitate issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments, best practices, and technologies in maintenance scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, operations management, or business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance scheduling or a related field, preferably with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and knowledge of SAP systems.
  • Strong computer skills, including expertise in software applications, databases, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 software, its features, and functionalities.
  • Familiarity with project management principles, methodologies, and industry standards.
