Job Description

At Cloud Peritus, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and technical dependencies.
  • Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and integration with external systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peer developers and team members.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure that development standards and best practices are being followed.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce customizations.
  • Work with Salesforce administrators to ensure that the platform is configured to meet the needs of the business.
  • Identify and troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues, providing technical solutions and workarounds as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, and Salesforce integration patterns.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Ability to design and develop complex solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer or Architect certifications are a plus.
