Job Title: Strategic Financial Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Financial Expert to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial regulations, direct and indirect taxation, statutory audits, and financial reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Statutory Audits: Conduct internal and external audits to guarantee adherence to ICAI guidelines and regulatory bodies' expectations.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare, review, and file Income Tax returns, GST returns, and other statutory compliance documents on time.
  • Compliance Management: Oversee audits including statutory, tax, internal, and compliance audits to minimize risks.
  • Tax Planning: Offer expert tax planning and advisory services to clients to ensure they meet relevant taxation regulations.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate submission of ROC filings, tax audits, and regulatory reports.
  • Corporate Finance: Provide support for corporate finance activities, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Client Relationship Management: Liaise with government authorities, regulatory agencies, and banking institutions as necessary.
  • Professional Development: Train and mentor junior accountants to facilitate their professional growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant Certification: A qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI is essential.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Indian accounting, taxation, and statutory audits.
  • Knowledge & Skills: In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and regulatory compliances.
