Job Title: HR Generalist

The company is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to support various functions across recruitment, employee engagement, office events, and public relations.

About the Role:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
    • Manage onboarding formalities and induction process for new hires.
  • HR Operations & Generalist Tasks
    • Maintain employee records and HRIS databases.
    • Draft offer letters, contracts, and HR communication.
    • Support with attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
    • Assist in compliance-related documentation.
  • Employee Engagement & Events
    • Plan and execute internal employee events, birthdays, team-building activities, and celebrations.
    • Create and maintain an employee-friendly office culture.
    • Collect feedback and assist with initiatives to boost employee morale.
  • Internal Communication & PR
    • Help manage the company's internal communication channels.
    • Support social media content creation and posting for HR and employer branding initiatives.
    • Liaise with external agencies/vendors for event and PR coordination.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field. Relevant experience in HR roles is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic HR tools are required. A positive attitude, people-oriented, and highly organized individual will thrive in this position.
