Job Overview

As a senior accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability and growth of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day accounts, ledgers, and bank reconciliations, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Prepare and review invoices, payments, and monthly financial statements to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Lead budgeting, cost control, and cash flow monitoring processes to optimize financial performance.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory filings, maintaining a strong focus on regulatory compliance.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of accountants, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 4-6 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, export, or real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation.
  • Proficiency in Tally or similar software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
