Job Title: Dynamics CRM Professional

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics CRM Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules, as well as Power Platform components like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and integrations.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience as a CRM tech consultant.
  • Deep and hands-on technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
  • Experience with Power Platform components like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead teams.
