We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance Transformation team as an Industrial Trainee.
This is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing their Chartered Accountancy (CA) certification to gain hands-on experience in finance transformation projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
In this role, you will assist in the deployment of strategic finance transformation initiatives, support the implementation of new financial systems and processes, and collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of finance projects.
You will also conduct financial analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making, participate in process improvement activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the deployment of strategic finance transformation initiatives.
- Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of finance projects.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making.
