Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients have a memorable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Help clients identify their ideal travel package based on their preferences and requirements.

  2. Study and assimilate all information regarding travel destinations, including prices, weather, language, currency, customs, etc.

  3. Maintain a good relationship with our customers through regular communication and updates.

  4. Provide end-to-end service while organizing a trip, from booking tickets to reserving hotels and creating itineraries.

  5. Provide essential information to tourists regarding their travel, including guides, itinerary, brochures, and maps.

  6. Sell the appropriate tour package to the right customer based on their needs and preferences.

  7. Negotiate customizations or modifications requested by customers and accommodate them to the best level possible.

  8. Resolve any problems that arise during a trip for the customer in a timely and professional manner.

  9. Update a database containing client details and their travel information securely and appropriately.

  10. Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.

  11. Meet sales and revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers.

  12. Stay up-to-date on domestic and international travel trends to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Travel Consultant, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong knowledge of the travel industry, including destination information, transportation options, and accommodation types.

A degree in a related field, such as hospitality or tourism, is desirable but not required. However, you must have relevant work experience in the travel industry or a related field.
