Sales & BD-Logistics Cargo Industry Expert

Job Brief:
We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Representative to drive sales growth in the Logistics Cargo Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and increase sales revenue
- Source new sales opportunities and close deals
- Manage and negotiate with clients to meet sales targets
- Research sales competition and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Forecast sales and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies
- Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions to stay informed about industry developments
- Report and provide feedback to management on sales performance
- Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory
- Have a strong working knowledge of ERP/SAP and Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and be eager to learn and make new sales with customers
- Be skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking
- Have strong communication skills and be able to assist in all sales and marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in a relevant field
- 3-8 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong knowledge of the Logistics Cargo Industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
